Adoptable Bethesda Pet: Ginny The Pup Needs A Forever Home
Meet Ginny — an adorable lab/hound mix who was brought to a shelter by local students going home for the summer.
BETHESDA, MD — If you're thinking about adopting a furry friend, consider a local non-profit like Best Dawg Rescue in Bethesda. The rescue group focuses on providing at-risk dogs in local shelters a forever home.
Best Dawg Rescue saves injured, ill, neglected, starved and unwanted pups in the community and often restores their health until they are ready for adoption. Some dogs need medical care or TLC to bring out their personalities, but others are ready to adopt, like Ginny, a 5-and-a-half-month old lab/hound mix.
"A young dog just wants to have fun…a lot of it! But apparently Ginny’s fun came to an end when she was taken to the shelter by local students going home for the summer," her description reads.
