Cuddly Bethesda Rescue Dog Can Be Your Valentine

Still need a Valentine? Look no further than Bonnie, a Shepherd mix who loves to cuddle.

BETHESDA, MD — There's hardly a better time than Valentine's Day to fall in love with a new puppy. Best Dawg Rescue in Bethesda has a wide selection of rescue dogs looking for loving homes. These at-risk dogs were rescued from local shelters and could use some love on Valentine's Day.

Best Dawg Rescue saves injured, ill, neglected, starved and unwanted pups in the community and often restores their health until they are ready for adoption.

One of their rescue pups is a one-and-a-half-year-old Shepherd Mix named Bonnie. Bonnie loves people and cuddling.

"Bonnie thinks she’s 'hot stuff,' so we are teaching her some manners, which most dogs in rescue need to learn. No problem for Bonnie, who is a quick learner," her profile says.

Please ask about Bonnie to find out when she will be at an upcoming adoption show. Best DawgRescue’s weekly Saturday adoption shows are posted on their website here. Note that “DAWG” places dogs in the metropolitan D.C. area and that pre-applications ensure dogs will be at adoption shows applicants can attend.

For more information on Bonnie, or any of the other wonderful DAWG dogs, please submit an online application. There is no obligation. Once your application is received, a DAWG volunteer will contact you.
