• Friday Night Live free outdoor concert features the White Ford Bronco band at 6:30 p.m. at Rockville Town Square
• Downtown Live outdoor concert features classic rock, Motown and pop music by Diamond Alley at Fountain Plaza in Silver Spring. Concert begins at 6:30 p.m.

• Adventure Theatre presents Oliver! The Musical at 7 p.m. at the Round House Theatre in Bethesda.
• A Tribute to Jimi Hendrix by BandHouse Gigs opens at 7:30 p.m. at the Fillmore in Silver Spring.
• The musical The Wiz opens at Gaithersburg’s Arts Barn at 8 p.m.

Saturday, August 8
