Funeral Services for Officer Noah Leotta

The officer was hit by a suspected drunk driver in Rockville. His visitation will be Monday and funeral on Tuesday, both in Gaithersburg.

Funeral arrangements have been released for Montgomery County Police Officer Noah Leotta, 24, who died Thursday after he was hit by a suspected drunk driver.

The Montgomery County native was injured Dec. 3 during a traffic stop on Rockville Pike as part of a holiday task force fighting drunk driving.

Leotta was a Sherwood High School graduate, and attended Montgomery College. He interned with the Police Department from December 2011 to January 2013, and was then hired as a Montgomery County Police Officer. Leotta was assigned to the 4th District as a patrol officer.

Visitation

  • Monday, December 14, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., and from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Covenant Life Church, 7501 Muncaster Mill Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland
