National 4-H Conference Center In Chevy Chase Is For Sale
The National 4-H Conference Center in Chevy Chase is up for sale.

CHEVY CHASE, MD — The National 4-H Council — a U.S.-based network of youth development and mentoring organizations — is selling its Chevy Chase conference center.
The storied building, located at 7100 Connecticut Ave., was shuttered in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. In a statement released this month, the Council said its decision to sell the property was influenced by the public health crisis. No price is listed.
"Our decision is COVID-driven," Council President Jennifer L. Sirangelo wrote. "The pandemic has forced us to evaluate the National 4-H Conference Center's economic viability and its future ability to meet Cooperative Extension's 4-H program's needs."
