BETHESDA, MD — A casual Chinese-Korean restaurant with a loyal D.C. following is now open at Bethesda Row.

Chiko is located at 7280 Woodmont Ave. and replaces Prima — an Italian restaurant that shut down during the pandemic.

Chiko was created by the Fried Rice Collective restaurant group. Founders Scott Drewno, Danny Lee, and Drew Kim opened their first Chiko location on Capitol Hill in 2017.

Items on the menu include pork and kimchi potstickers, "orange-ish" chicken, Sichuan spicy vegetables, and fried Brussels sprouts. Appetizers cost between $8 and $14, while entrees are anywhere between $9 and $18.

Chiko is only offering takeout and delivery at this time. Operating hours are 4:45 to 8:45 p.m.
