Rōti Modern Mediterranean Reopens In Chevy Chase On March 2

BETHESDA, MD — Rōti Modern Mediterranean, a national chain of fast-casual restaurants, is reopening Tuesday in Chevy Chase.

The restaurant will be located at 4461 Willard Ave., and boast a new look and menu.

"We can't wait for the Chevy Chase community to experience Rōti," said Nico Nieto, vice president and head of marketing for the company. "The way we think about food is simple: serve something delicious without sacrificing health. That's what we're all about — no need to compromise."

Items on the menu include freshly baked pita, vegetarian chili-tahini cauliflower, saffron rice topped with grilled chicken, and baklava.

Rōti will be open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
