From <a href="http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Montgomery County</a>: Montgomery County's Little Falls Library at 5501 Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda, which has been closed for a refresh, will not open in January as planned due to flood-related damage. A 4" fire-main pipe broke, December 7, causing flooding in the mechanical room and lower level.
