BETHESDA, MD — Taking the Metro this weekend? Here's everything you need to know before heading out the door.

Red Line trains will operate every 12 to 15 minutes.

There will be no Blue Line service. Riders should use the Yellow Line to travel between Virginia and Washington, D.C., and take the Silver Line to travel between D.C. and Prince George's County. Free shuttle buses to Arlington Cemetery will be provided at Rosslyn and Pentagon stations.

Franconia-Springfield and Van Dorn Street stations will be closed. Free shuttle buses will replace trains between Franconia-Springfield, Van Dorn Street, and Eisenhower Avenue.

Orange and Green Line trains will run every 15 to 20 minutes.

Silver Line trains will also run every 15 to 20 minutes. Addison Road station will be closed.

Yellow Line trains will operate every 20 minutes, but single-track between Pentagon City and L'Enfant Plaza.

SNOW UPDATE FOR JAN. 31

  • Scheduled track work on the Yellow Line will be suspended on Sunday (no single-tracking)
  • Blue Line service will operate between Huntington and Largo Town Center; Addison Road and Arlington Cemetery stations will be open
