Office Space Available At Former Bowie City Hall

From the City of Bowie: The Kenhill Center, formerly Bowie City Hall, has office space available for rent. The building is located at 2614 Kenhill Drive, Bowie, MD and is currently home to a number of City of Bowie government offices as well as organizations serving residents of the City. The City of Bowie Youth Services Bureau, the City TV Studio, the Bowie Boys and Girls Club, The Retired Military Officers Association, COMCAST, the Bowie Community Media Corporation, the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce, the Unity Center of Light and the Bowie Food Pantry & Emergency Aid Fund all maintain offices in the building. Rooms in the building are also available to community groups for meetings.

At the present time, one 1,837 square foot office suite (Suite 112) is available for lease. Rental rates range from $10.02 per square foot for resident non-profits to $15 per square foot for for-profit entities.
