College Park Awards Community Service Grants

The College Park City Council unanimously awarded $20,000 in community service grants Tuesday.

The following organizations received individual grants ranging from $2,425 to $500.:

• National Museum of Language - $2,425

• Lakeland Community Heritage Project- $2,425

• American Legion Auxiliary Post- $2,425

• Pregnancy and Aids Center- $2,425

• Boy Scout Troop 298 - $1500

• Cub Scout Pack 298 - $1500

• College Park Woods Swim Club - $2,425

• Holy Redeemer Catholic Church - $500

• College Park Church of the Nazarene - $1,950

• Embryo Center for Family Life - $2,425
