Imagine this scenario: You get on the Metro, and the weather is fine. The sun is out, the birds are singing, children are playing, etc. But when you get off the Metro at College Park, you find that the sky has darkened, that thunder is cracking and that lightning is illuminating the world around you. But worst of all, it's pouring. And guess what: you don't have an umbrella.
