Autism Hiring Program Accepting Applications for Spring
Expanding Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Applications are now being accepted for The Autism Hiring Program’s spring 2021 session.
The program, sponsored by the Howard County Autism Society, seeks to advance neurodiversity in the workplace by addressing the needs of autistic adults who have high-level, marketable skills but would benefit from skills assessment, interview preparation and social navigation for a more competitive advantage.
At the same time, it connects businesses in Central Maryland with some extraordinary, untapped talent. The program provides ongoing training and supports for both the employer, their staff and new hire.
