Crash Closed US 29 In Howard County

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A single-vehicle crash snarled traffic on US 29 in Howard County Monday afternoon, according to police. While officials said there were no serious injuries, cleanup from the incident required closure of the highway for about an hour.

Route 29 south was closed between Route 32 and Rivers Edge Road, police reported around 3 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12.

One lane had reopened on Route 29 south in the area by 3:55 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12, police reported.
