Creig Northrop Youngest to Receive Billionaires Club Award

Award recognizes those who have sold at least $1 billion in real estate throughout their career.

Creig Northrop, president and CEO of the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate, was presented with the Billionaires Club award during the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s gala dinner and awards presentation.

The Billionaires Club award is given to those individuals who have sold at least $1 billion in real estate throughout their career. At age 47, Northrop is the youngest agent ever to receive this award and earn entry to the Billionaires Club.

For the past 10 years, Northrop’s team has been the top producing Long & Foster Real Estate team and is currently ranked No. 2 by volume in the United States and No. 1 in the team’s home state of Maryland among all brokerages, according to REAL Trends and the Wall Street Journal.

Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Annual Fall Conference took place from Oct. 5 to 8 in Boston. The Fall Conference is hosted by Luxury Real Estate Chairman/Publisher John Brian Losh and is one of four annual events that bring together luxury brokers from across the globe to discuss real estate trends.
