River Hill is Hotspot for Baltimore Area Buyers: Report

River Hill is the most competitive neighborhood for those looking to buy a home in the Baltimore metropolitan area, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

The journal cited a study by Redfin that showed that the average time a River Hill house stayed on the market in 2015 was about three weeks, the median sale was nearly 17 percent above the asking price and 30 percent of homes there sparked bidding wars.
