Route 32 In Clarksville Reopens After Utility Problem
Officials say a section of Route 32 has reopened after a temporary shutdown Friday afternoon in Howard County.

CLARKSVILLE, MD — Downed wires shut down a section of MD 32 in Clarksville Friday afternoon for several hours, according to authorities. The closure took effect around 12:15 p.m. on Friday, July 12.
By 5:40 p.m., police said that the road had reopened.
During the closure, Route 32 was blocked to traffic between Linden Church Road and Clarksville Pike/Route 108, state transportation officials said.

Lanes were closed in both directions, according to the Howard County Police Department, which reported there were no injuries as a result of the downed wires.
