E-ZPass MD Service Centers Suspend In-Person Services
The suspension will be for two weeks starting Monday. Service center in-person operations will resume with limited capacity Jan. 4.
MARYLAND — In-person services will be temporarily suspended at all E-ZPass MD Service Centers for two weeks starting Monday. Service center in-person operations will resume with limited capacity Jan. 4 at 8:30 a.m.
Customers can still update accounts, sign-up for E-ZPass or pay notices of toll due 24 hours a day seven days a week from the comfort and safety of home at ezpassmd.com. During this time, representatives are still available at 1-888-321-6824, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the interactive voice response is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
