Extended Hours Available At MDTA Customer Service Centers

MARYLAND — The Maryland Transportation Authority will be offering extended hours at all E-ZPass customer service centers starting Saturday. The temporarily extended hours will remain in place until further notice, the MDTA said. Temporary hours will be Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For all other business days, CSC hours will remain 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Customers can make an appointment to visit a customer service center by calling 410-537-8400. Tne MDTA reminds customers that many E-ZPass services can be found and carried out at ezpassmd.com, such as making payments. Checks or money order payments also can be dropped off in designated drop boxes located outside customer service centers or mail them to MDTA, P.O. Box 17600, Baltimore, MD 21297-7600.
