Important Decisions - The Right Documents
A Presentation & You are Invited: 1657 Crofton Pkwy., Crofton; 410-451-2676

What is a power of attorney and why should you create one? Does the power of attorney cover medical situations? If your health declines, what needs to be in place for chosen representatives to act on your behalf, keeping you safe from abuse or someone taking advantage? Do you know what happens to your assets if you don't have a will made and registered with the appropriate authorities? Are these documents valid if you move to another state?
Think you’re too young for this? Think again. Or think about Mom or Dad.
Sunday, March 5, 2:00 pm, Prince of Peace Presbyterian Church will host a brief, informative presentation by John Strange, Esquire, an estates and trusts attorney. Mr. Strange will answer these questions and delve into the legalities of other important decisions to ensure your plans are honored. No reservation, no admission, no soliciting or obligations. This is strictly for all present to become aware and informed.
