More Development Proposed Near Evergreen, Route 3

There is more mixed-used development being proposed near the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. 

Reliable Constracting will present early plans next month for a new office and retail complex near the intersection of Route 3 and Evergreen Road. The project, located about 1,500 feet from the intersection, would also contain some recreation space. 

Details of the plan will be revealed during a public meeting on Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. at the Waugh Chapel Community Center.
