As one of the most lovable dogs at the Baltimore County Animal Shelter, Jack has confounded the volunteers and staff there. He arrived at the shelter in February and yet he still is there.

"Jack #0588 has brought nothing by joy to the lives of everyone he has come in contact with. Each day, Jack greets the staff and volunteers with a big smile and a wagging tail as he patiently waits to be fitted with his harness for his morning walk. Being outside is really exciting for Jack and he would benefit from going home with an active family who can help him perfect his leash walking skills. If you are looking for a companion who will love you unconditionally and play for hours, Jack is everything you’ve been searching for and more," the shelter shared with Patch.

Jack has previously lived with cats, young children and other dogs and did well, but shelter staff and volunteers can discuss how to slowly introduce Jack to all members of your family.
