BCPS Launches Automated Event Manager System To Rent Facilities

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Community groups and organizations interested in using Baltimore County Public Schools’ outdoor facilities, which includes athletic fields and parking lots at schools, can submit their requests using a new automated event manager system.

Additional information related to the use of BCPS facilities can be found on the school's website, along with a video that walks users through the application process. For those renting school facilities, there is a list of prohibited high risk activities detailed on the school website including no bonfires, mud wrestling, pyrotechnics, helicopter drops, sledding, laser tag, sleepovers or zip lines.
