BCPS Students Invited To Share Talents Via Video For TV Show
Students can vie for a chance to appear on Baltimore County Public School's "Entertainment Blvd at Home Edition" show.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Baltimore County Public School students who can sing, play a musical instrument, dance, create art, act, tell jokes, recite poetry or perform martial arts are invited to submit videos of themselves highlighting their talent for a chance to appear on Baltimore County Public School's "Entertainment Blvd at Home Edition." BCPS-TV is seeking video clips that will appear on Comcast channel 73 and Verizon channel 34, as well as online.
Eric Dodson, manager of BCPS-TV, said the original "Entertainment Blvd" show was created four years ago by student interns.
"The new ‘at home edition’ of the show is yet another way for the BCPS community to stay connected during this challenging time," Dodson said.

Video submissions can be recorded on phones held horizontally or using a digital video camera. The videos should be between one to five minutes long and all material presented should be family friendly. Not all submitted videos will be aired and those that are selected might be edited for length and content.
Students must include background information either at the beginning or end of their videos. This information, which also can be submitted in a Word document, should include full name and email address (and how to spell them), title of performance, grade level and school name. Submissions should be placed in the Entertainment Blvd Sharepoint folder.
