Ft. Howard VA Property Under Control of Himmelrich Associates
They have taken over the lease that Tim Munshell had and Munshell is "out of the picture."
The VA's asset management office has informed me that the Ft. Howard VA is under the control of Himmelrich Associates. They have taken over the lease that Tim Munshell had and Munshell is "out of the picture." Himmelrich is currently installing upgrades to the VA property. I believe they have what it takes to make good redevelopment of Ft Howard happen. But, two concerns with them is will they stay within the 350 to 550 new population limit that is best for the N. Point area communities and make the development veterans only or "veterans focused."
