Ft. Howard VAMC Property 'Developer' Tim Munshell Declared No Funds Held But Still Holds 75 Year Lease On VA Property
Tim Munshell signed a lease to the Ft. Howard VAMC, 5-yrs ago, saying he would build a community for vets. He hasn't begun, and can't do it.
I have been immersed in investigating files on Timothy Stewart Munshell in the Maryland Judiciary Case Search website for days. I have been steadily harvesting and replanting information from there. Five years ago, Timothy S. Munshell signed a 75-year lease to the Fort Howard Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center property in Ft. Howard, Baltimore County, Maryland. A beautiful area on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. The VAMC property buildings & infrastructure is rotting away. The deal is for him to redevelop the property into a vibrant community geared towards American Military Veterans, with new housing constructed and existing buildings rehabbed for community needs. He agreed to bring tens of millions of dollars into the development process. He does not now, has never, and never will be able to live up to his deal. He has never done anything like that project. He has never been able to secure any funding, and has no funds of his own.

It is the only place the truth is recorded for history, and for all to see today, about the 15-year fiasco of a redevelopment project for Fort Howard.
About three years ago, Timothy S. Munshell could not even pay a $3,725.00 legal debt, lost a court case on it, then declared no property for garnishment by the plaintiff in the case, nor any funds to his name or fraudulent LLC's. Tim Munshell is currently being sued for a $400.00 medical bill. Though he professed to Veterans Affairs, plenty of politicians, the media and the public that he possesses the financial strength to complete muti-million dollar development projects like the one he went after at Ft Howard. Ft. Howard, Md. VAMC property lessee and 'developer' Tim has used a number of variations on his names, at various times, for his-phony-self and his phony businesses. In the blog post linked to below, the information was carefully culled and vetted. It clearly reveals that Timothy S. Munshell is an unstable, unworthy person who never earned the right to lease the VA property; which lies rotting on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay.
