Suspicious Package Prompts Walmart Closure In Dundalk
A suspicious package found at the Walmart in Dundalk shut down the store for a bit, but it turns out the contents weren't hazardous but fun.
DUNDALK, MD — The Walmart in Dundalk was shut down for a few hours this week after a manager spied a suspicious package in the store located in the 2300 block of North Point Boulevard. The store was evacuated and the Baltimore County Police Department's hazardous devices team determined the object wasn't hazardous.
In fact, it was a confetti popper.
The package was discovered at approximately 7:30 a.m.
