Gov. Hogan Sells Edgewater Home For $1.35M, Look Inside

Reports show that Gov. Larry Hogan and his wife sold their Edgewater home last year for $1.35M. They still have the governor's mansion.

EDGEWATER, MD — Gov. Larry Hogan and his wife, Yumi, sold their Edgewater home last year, a new report says, but they're not homeless. Maryland law requires the current governor to live in the state-owned mansion in Annapolis, and the couple also owns a condo in Ocean City, according to Maryland Matters.

The four-bedroom, five bath house on a two-acre peninsula overlooking Beard’s Creek at 3155 Rolling Road had been listed at $1.6 million and was sold for $1.35 million, the political website says. Maryland Matters says Gov. Hogan disclosed the sale in his 2017 filing with the State Ethics Commission for the first time.

Hogan’s spokesman, Douglass Mayer, told the website the Hogans have not bought another house.
