Strategic Factory was recently recognized by Printing News as the #1 Small Commercial Printer for 2021, in a national survey they conducted in partnership with WhatTheyThink.

Each year, small commercial print businesses are invited to participate in a Top 100 Printshops Survey. The theme of this year’s survey was a reflection of how printers endured the pandemic. For Strategic Factory, that included pivoting toward sourcing and producing various forms of PPE as well as adapting to a new world of safety protocols and remote accessibility.
“Our success in 2020 can be attributed, in part, to the creativity and flexibility of our amazing team, who came up with innovative solutions for our customers during a challenging time,” said Keith Miller, President & CEO of Strategic Factory. “It’s also because of our customers. They let us know what was needed, and we made adjustments to provide the best service. We often rely on our customers to steer demand, and this achievement is for them.”
With initiatives in place for 2021, including a rebrand, new website, and enhanced automation already underway, Strategic Factory continues to look toward the future. Currently, they’re focused on further developing their customer outreach with a more personalized approach.
“We’ve already spent much of 2021 working to develop and implement strategies to make our business more efficient,” said Miller. “Now, we’re working on redesigning our customer journey to provide more relevant communication.”
