The Carroll County Circuit Court is closed Wednesday due to an electrical issue, county officials reported Wednesday morning
Power went out at the building at 55 North Court Street in Westminster, according to a statement from Carroll County government.
The circuit court and juvenile court were closed as a result.

BGE was at the scene making repairs, and the court is expected to open as scheduled on Thursday, May 21.
According to BGE, there were fewer than five outages reported in Carroll County as of 11:45 a.m.
