UPDATE: Missing Finksburg Man Has Been Found
The Carroll County Sheriff's Office provides the latest on the search for 24-year-old from Finksburg.
UPDATE (7:25 a.m. on Jan. 24) — The 24-year-old who was reported missing from Finksburg has been located, the Carroll County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Tuesday morning.
FINKSBURG, MD — A Carroll County man has been reported missing, and authorities are asking for help finding him.
Charles “Cooper” Hughes, 24, was reported missing from Finksburg on Sunday, Jan. 22, according to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. He is described as 5'7" tall and 130 pounds with a tattoo that says "Power" on his chest.

Officials said they believe he may be in the Cockeysville area.
