Eldersburg Water Shutoff May Lead To Murky Water
The Carroll County Bureau of Utilities has issued an advisory about water service in Eldersburg.

From Carroll County Bureau of Utilities: The Carroll County Bureau of Utilities will shut off water service to Advisory Court at approximately 9:30 AM today to allow the water main connection for the Rustic Rising subdivision to be made to the County water service system.
It is anticipated that the water service will be off for several hours to complete the water main connection work. Water service will be restored as soon as possible, and under no circumstances by later than 3:00 PM, to the residents of Advisory Court.
Once service has been restored, residents may experience cloudy or murky water and possibly air in the water line. These conditions are typical and do not pose any health or safety concerns. If these conditions do occur, please flush your water line by turning the cold water on and running the water until the line clears. It is recommended that residents refrain from using high water volume appliances such as washing machines or dishwashers until the water line has been flushed and the water is clear.
