Martin's Food Markets Appoints Joni Rampolla as Eldersburg Store Nutritionist

MARTIN’S Food Markets today announced Joni Rampolla, RDN, LDN, has been appointed in-store nutritionist at the store located at 1320 Londontown Boulevard, Eldersburg, Maryland.

Rampolla is now available at the store to assist customers with questions on healthy eating while they shop, provide one-on-one consultations, and lead nutrition classes and store tours. In addition, she will participate in health-related events throughout the surrounding community.

“MARTIN’S is committed to helping our customers eat well and make healthier choices while they shop, which includes offering an in-store resource like Joni and our entire team of in-store nutritionists,” said Sarah Glunz, lead nutritionist.

With more than 15 years of nutrition experience, Rampolla joins MARTIN’S from Springfield Hospital Center where she was director of nutrition services. She is also owner of Nutrition The Right Weigh, where she advises and educates corporate and individual clients on wellness and weight management. Previously Rampolla held nutrition roles with Medifast, Inc./Jason Pharmaceuticals and Aramark Healthcare at GBMC.

A Westminster resident, Rampolla holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Pennsylvania State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Medical College of Virginia Hospitals in Richmond.
