Motorcyclist Airlifted After Crash in Eldersburg: Fire Officials
A truck hit a motorcycle on Londontown Boulevard Friday afternoon, Sykesville Fire Department reports.

ELDERSBURG, MD — A crash near an Eldersburg shopping center is expected to cause delays Friday afternoon, according to law enforcement.
A motorcyclist was airlifted in critical condition after he was hit by a truck near the entrance to Home Depot on Londontown Boulevard around 1:15 p.m., according to the Sykesville Fire Department, which said at least one person was trapped and required rescue.
A Maryland State Police helicopter landed in the Home Depot parking lot to pick up the motorcyclist, fire officials said.

At approximately 1:45 p.m., the Carroll County Sheriff's Office reported that drivers may experience delays from the crash on Londontown Boulevard.
