5 Homes Damaged In Ducketts Lane Fire: Officials
Firefighters were called to a townhouse fire Tuesday on Ducketts Lane that spread to multiple residences.
ELKRIDGE, MD — A townhouse fire in Elkridge struck multiple homes Tuesday night on Ducketts Lane, officials said. The two-alarm blaze caused significant damage, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.
At 7:10 p.m., officials reported multiple crews were in the 6600 block of Ducketts Lane, where the townhouse fire occurred.
Authorities said all residents had been accounted for and the blaze was declared under control by 7:53 p.m.

Five homes were impacted, according to officials; three townhouses had water and smoke damage, while two had significant fire damage.
By 8:30 p.m., crews were checking to ensure there were not any lingering hot spots.
