$235 Million and Counting: Powerball Drawing This Week
The national game's next drawing is slated for Wednesday.

After a long string of drawings without a winner, the Powerball jackpot has been raised to $235 million, Maryland Lottery officials announced Monday.
The prize has a $136.5 million cash option. The next drawing will be held Wednesday.

The Maryland Lottery is one of 45 lotteries nationwide that participate in the Powerball drawing.
Powerball tickets can be purchased at any lottery vendor in Elkridge, including 7-Eleven and other convenience stores.Â
