Video surveillance showed distinctive tattoos on the suspect’s neck. He fled in a burgundy Nissan Sentra driven by a second suspect.
Howard County detectives collaborated with other jurisdictions reporting bank robberies with a similar suspect and vehicle matching the same description as the Woodbine case.
