Howard County Public Schools Make Weather Decision

The Howard County Public School System announced Thursday evening that all schools would open on a two-hour delay Friday.

Here is the official announcement from the Howard County Public School System:

All Howard County public schools will open 2 hours late Friday, February 20. All morning sessions of half-day Pre-K and RECC are canceled.

All morning child care programs, sponsored by the Columbia Association and the Department of Recreation & Parks in Howard County public schools, will be delayed 2 hours.
