Jessup Pedestrian Killed Walking On Route 175: Police
Police said a pedestrian was hit by a truck driven by a Baltimore man Tuesday in Jessup, resulting in a three-hour closure of Route 175.

JESSUP, MD — Police said a pedestrian was killed Tuesday morning after being hit by a truck in Jessup. The crash closed MD 175/Waterloo Road for about three hours, according to the Howard County Police Department.
Donnelle Markus Williams, 43, of Jessup, was pronounced deceased at the scene on MD 175 in front of the Patuxent Institution in the 7500 block of Waterloo Road, police said.
Williams was hit by a 2003 Toyota Tacoma while walking in the road at 3:57 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, according to authorities.

Jeffrey Fullard, 54, of Baltimore, who had been driving the Tacoma, stayed at the scene and was unharmed, according to authorities.
Police said MD 175 was closed between Pocomoke and Oceano avenues until 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
