Residences at Vantage Point Hosts Open House on Saturday, Jan. 25

Visitors are invited to pop-in to an Open House at Residences at Vantage Point, the retirement community in Downtown Columbia, on Saturday, Jan. 25, from 12-2 p.m.

Guests will be treated to a warm drink and an opportunity to chat with residents and staff members in a causal welcoming setting.

Vantage Point has completed a comprehensive renovation of the Life Plan Community, and tours include visits to updated common spaces and S.M.A.R.T. model apartments. S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for a lifestyle that is Savvy, Modern, Affordable, Ready to Go, Tech-Centric.

Residences at Vantage Point was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit serving people age 60 and above. Managed by Life Care Services, the community includes a variety of residential living apartments, an array of on-site services and amenities as well as providing on-site long-term health services including Monterey Place, a new specialized memory care assisted living neighborhood, assisted living and comprehensive nursing center exclusively for residents should they need them.
