Residences at Vantage Point Now Offers Short-Term Respite

Residences at Vantage Point , which has been serving the Columbia community for 29 years, now offers short-term respite stays in its specialized assisted living memory support residences.

There is immediate availability for direct entry with access to the full array of community amenities and on-site 5-star rates nursing center at the Downtown Columbia retirement community.

RN/LPNs are on-site 24 hours a day, every day, and there is a full time social worker, as well. Vantage Point is the only community in Maryland that is a certified Center of Excellence by the Hearthstone Institute.

Residences at Vantage Point was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit serving people age 60 and above. Managed by Life Care Services, the community includes a variety of residential living apartments, an array of on-site services and amenities as well as providing on-site long-term health services including Monterey Place, a new specialized memory care assisted living neighborhood, assisted living and comprehensive nursing center exclusively for residents should they need them.
