McCoy is a 1-year-old male guinea pig in search of his forever home. McCoy is learning to trust again, which can be a slow process. He runs from strangers and will need a calm person to help him grow accustomed to being handled. McCoy knows there is a family out there looking for a guinea pig just like him. Could it be you?

Sasha is a gorgeous 4-year-old female Siamese mix. She is a timid girl and will need a patient family that will give her time to settle into her new environment and give her a chance to blossom. Sasha will do best in a home where the children are older and can help her build her confidence. Sasha was an indoor and outdoor cat in her previous home. Her new family will have to commit to keeping her as an indoor-only cat. She will need to be watched around feet and open doorways.

Justice is a 4-year-old female who previously lived with another cat and a dog. She got along well with the other cat in the home, but will prefer a home without dogs. Justice would love to find a loving forever home with lots of cozy blankets to relax on and windows to bird-watch.

This sweet face belongs to Koko. Koko is a precious 12-year-old spayed female Shih Tzu. Little Koko is the perfect companion for someone with a quiet home. In her previous home, Koko was housebroken and crate trained. Koko never lived with another dog or cat but visited the dog park often and did well with small calm dogs like herself. Koko is hoping to live out her golden years in a loving and caring home.

Juniper is an active 5-month-old female mixed breed. She came to the shelter as a stray so there is no idea what she is mixed with or how big or small she will be. Currently, Juniper weighs just under 30 pounds so it is safe to say she will at least be a medium-sized pup. When Juniper is restrained or not having her way, she becomes nippy. This is common in willful puppies, so her forever family will have to commit to her required obedience training once she is adopted. Juniper will do best in a home where the children are older and can be an active part of her training.

Chloe is a smaller-sized 4-year-old Lion Head rabbit who is spayed. She is very good at using her gorgeous sky blue eyes to get your attention. She is totally adorable and has the cutest personality. Chloe is curious and will hop right over to see you. She is calm, sweet and likes to be with you. Her little size makes her a great snuggle buddy when you have some extra room in your blanket on the couch. Chloe likes to jump on top of cardboard boxes and likes to rearrange toys and boxes you give her in her exercise pen. If you are looking for a little, fuzzy companion to be your buddy, then Chloe might just be your match.

Little Getzie was found as a baby in some bushes with no momma cat around. She has been growing up around people and now she is 8-weeks-old and ready for a home. Getzie is extremely active, so be ready for lots of toy entertainment. She is very playful and learning to play rough with toys instead of fingers. She loves to run around with a dog she grew up with, too. Getzie comes right up to you and demands attention. She likes to be part of the family and right in the middle of what you are doing. She likes attention, but when she gets too silly and goes to nip at your hand, you need to grab a toy to remind her that toys are more fun than human hands. She would do best in an adult home or with older children who understand her training needs around hands. She would do great with another cat or a small dog who will run, pounce and play with her.

Ghost is such a loving, smart boy who adores everybody and wags his tail in the hope that you will say hi when he sees you. Ghost is still a puppy at 8-months-old and it's believed that he is a Lab mix, possibly with some foxhound or pointer mixed in. He likes to run around the yard to play and he really enjoys going for walks, especially to meet new people. Ghost lived with children and got along very well with them. He is still learning not to jump up, so he may be too much for small children.
Ghost is used to waiting at home in his crate if you have to leave. He is doing very well waiting 5 to 8 hours if you let him potty before you leave. He is super affectionate and will try to fit in your lap if you sit on the floor with him. He has lots of energy and will need an active home. Ghost is nervous riding in the car but he is smart and with some short rides and practice, he will get used to it. He is vocal when left alone sometimes, so he would not be a good match for an apartment-type home. Ghost likes to come up to you for attention and has such sweet eyes. If you have time for some puppy training so Ghost can practice his leash and βsit for attentionβ manners, go meet this lovely boy.

This little cutie is Ava and she has stolen everyone's hearts who knows her. Ava is a 2-year-old female, Parsons Jack Russell terrier who is active, playful, friendly and obedient. She is so loyal and cuddly, shelter staff says. Ava is submissive and unsure in new situations, so she needs a little time to get used to a new place. She knows the commands sit, down and stay and is ready to learn anything you want to teach her.
Ava enjoys car rides and loves to run around in circles or play with a rope toy. She is used to waiting at home in her crate if you must leave the house. She is good waiting to go potty until you take her out. If someone moves too fast and she is nervous, she will lay down and submissively urinate a little on the floor. If she meeting someone new, it is best to introduce her outside just in case she is nervous.

This lovely, medium-sized girl is 10-month-old Sky and she is described as loyal and affectionate. Sky is a mixed breed dog with some American Pit Bull Terrier in her. She is very playful and loves to run and play. Sky has played with a couple of other dogs at our shelter. If you have a dog at home, you can schedule an appointment to have the two dogs meet. Sky is learning to walk on leash and she will sit for a treat.
If you sit with her on the floor, Sky will snuggle in your lap too. She has done very well waiting to go potty until taken outside, once she knows your schedule. Sky likes to ride with you in the car, especially to go for a hike in the park. Sky can be unsure in new situations. If you go slow and give her some time to get used to the new surroundings, she does well. She is smart and learns quickly if you are calm. If you are looking for a medium-sized, loyal companion, then Sky might just be your match.

Spock is a brightly colored male guinea pig who is 1 year old. He is curious if you are quiet and gentle; he comes over to your hand to see if you have a treat for him. Once he has time to get used to you, he likes to explore cardboard boxes and piles of hay. He pops his head out of the hay, all covered in it and looks so cute. Spock has adorable spikey hair type and he really likes to have a covered piggy bed for sleeping. Spock enjoys when you make little guinea pig noises to him and will talk back to you.

If you are looking for an affectionate, sweet cat that will follow you around, then look no more. Tucker is a 2-year-old male orange tabby who just melts in your arms. He is such a sweetheart and so affectionate, according to shelter staff. He loves to be pet as much as you will pet him, so be ready to have a hand or even foot free to pet him. He rolls upside down to try to get your attention and loves to look at you upside down. He even liked his belly rubbed like a dog!
Tucker lived with children and got along well with them. He likes to have a cat tree with a scratching post and he likes to play with little toy mice. Tucker even plays with little plastic bottles if you toss them for him. After playtime, Tucker will curl right up in your arms. He will be such a great companion for someone looking for a calm, young cat who will enjoy being your best buddy.

Hue is a calm, sweet, neutered male kitty who likes gentle attention. He is still getting used to his surroundings at the shelter and staff are learning what he likes. He has enjoyed being pet and will rub on you to get you to continue petting him. He also likes to be brushed. His shiny black coat is so pretty. Hue is a senior boy at 11 years old and would make a lovely companion for someone who has a quiet home where has time to get used to you.

Oscar is a handsome Russian Blue mix who has such a sweet face. Oscar enjoys exploring and likes to watch the bird feeder while sitting on your window sill. He is smart and affectionate. He has figured out the routine here and has enjoyed his visits from our cat volunteers.
