HOWARD COUNTY, MD β Appointments are no longer needed in order to visit a Howard County Library System branch and starting June 1, outdoor classes once again will be offered. HCLS President and CEO Tonya Aiken announced Monday that face coverings are no longer required inside library branches, too.
"If you have not yet been fully vaccinated, we encourage you to continue wearing masks," Aiken said.
Appointments will be required to obtain a passport. A variety of items are available for checking out at the library including laptops, hotspots, gardening tools and more.
