Community Members Can Request To Use HCPSS Facilities Again
For the time being, only elementary and middle school outdoor facilities will be allowed for use by non-profits and other groups by request.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The community can use school facilities in Howard County once again, but only outdoor facilities at elementary and middle school buildings for the time being. All high schools are reserved strictly for Howard County Public School System student clubs and activities.
At the end of June, school facilities can be used by outside groups. According to the school district, school-related support groups, nonprofit organizations and others can request to use facilities. Only one group per location at a time will be allowed, however, and all attendees must abide by school, county and CDC guidelines.
