HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 19,247 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 239 deaths. The state has 456,216 confirmed cases and 8,740 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health.
