Feed Howard delivers first meals to families in need

100 meals and supplies delivered to families in need. More deliveries scheduled throughout May.

Feed Howard County – a partnership between COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster) and Howard County restaurants has begun deliveries to families in need.

Working with Tino’s Italian Bistro, Feed Howard County delivered over 100 meals to families within The Arc of Howard County community on Saturday May 2nd.

But this is just the beginning. The need for assistance will not diminish anytime soon and we need your help. Donate now.

Feed Howard County is participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, this coming Tuesday, May 5th. This is a worldwide effort to raise funds and resources for those in need during this pandemic.

Our Goal is to raise $10,000 to continue and expand this mission.

The idea behind Feed Howard County is simple - Pay restaurants across Howard County to prepare nutritious meals for those in need. The end results create a win-win-win: Keeping people fed; keeping people employed; and keeping businesses afloat.
