HoCo Athletes Named To U.S. Women's Indoor Field Hockey Teams
Six Maryland women have been named to the roster for U.S. Women's indoor National Field Hockey teams.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Officials have announced the 2021-2022 U.S. Women's indoor National Field Hockey Teams for the junior and senior squads, which include local athletes. There were two tryout weekends and online submissions this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Natalie Freeman of Ellicott City has been named to the 2021-2022 U.S. U-15 women's national indoor team, along with Hala Silverstein of Glenwood and Madeline Vasilios of Clarksville.
Daniela Mendez-Trendler of Reisterstown was selected for the 2021-2022 U.S. women's national indoor development team.
