Howard County Court Enters $1 Million Award For Local Hair Salon

ELLICOTT CITY – On May 1, 2019, Judge Mary Kramer of the Circuit Court for Howard County entered over $1 million judgment in favor of the Victoria & Albert Hair Studio against their former landlord, Donegal Associates.
