Individuals Sought To Help HCPSS Create Its Academic Calendars

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Howard County Public School System encourages area residents to take an active role in developing the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic calendars for the school district.

Members of this committee attend up to six meetings to discuss and make recommendations to the superintendent regarding the HCPSS academic school calendar for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years. Meetings will be held virtually from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 14, July 21 and July 28, and Aug. 4, Aug. 11 and Aug. 18. Committee members are expected to attend and participate in all meetings.

Anyone interested in joining the HCPSS Academic Calendar Planning Committee, complete the statement of interest form by June 25. A confirmation email with additional details will be sent to individuals selected to participate on the committee.
