Sandbags Available In Ellicott City

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — St. Peter's Episcopal Church is handing out sandbags for Old Ellicott City residents and businesses concerned about flooding. The sandbags were first offered Tuesday and were again available on Wednesday.

Those in need of sand should drive up Smith Avenue past the entrance to the church parking lot to get to the sand pile.
